Our apartment is next to the Plaza del Duque in the heart of Seville.
Its location is perfect for visiting Seville. One can walk to the Cathedral along Calle Sierpes, renowned for its beautiful shops. One can visit all the places of interest on foot: from the Alameda to the Alcazar, to the Museum of Fine Arts, to the most beautiful squares of this extraordinary city, as well as all the restaurants and bars.
The flat is conveniently situated on the ground floor.

The large studio apartment is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The studio apartment is well-equipped, with a double bed and a single sofa bed. Kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer.
It also features a High-speed fibre Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning (which also works as heating), and a fan. Fire extinguisher.
